New version of LearningDocs released
Evanston, IL (April 16, 2008) – ReCor Corporation released its newest version of LearningDocs – version 8.1. This version allows training administrators to create and customize multiple curriculums and then assign those curriculums to different groups of users. For example, new users could have access to one set of lessons, while experienced users have access to a different set of lessons. The new version of LearningDocs supports up to five curriculums, in addition to the default curriculum.
LearningDocs 8.1 also supports the use of predefined curriculum templates, a feature that ReCor's recently released Lotus Notes 8.01 Standard course takes advantage of. Using the predefined templates, a training administrator can instantly create curriculums for users migrating from older versions of Notes. The Lotus Notes 8.01 Standard course includes predefined templates for users migrating from Notes 5, Notes 6, Notes 6.5, and Notes 7.
By taking advantage of the multiple curriculum support and the predefined curriculums, organizations can use one LearningDocs course to fulfill the Lotus Notes training needs of multiple user groups, including new users, users migrating from older versions, and experienced users who need to look up specific skills on demand.
