ReCor Delivers Integrated iNotes Web Access Training
Evanston, IL (May 21, 2002) -- ReCor Corporation, a leading developer of corporate e-learning solutions, today announced the completion and shipment of LearningDocs for Lotus iNotes Web Access, the latest addition to ReCor's popular series of Domino-based training courses. This training course becomes the first and only full-featured computer-based-training (CBT) for iNotes on the market.
The LearningDocs for iNotes course covers all of the features and capabilities of Lotus' new Web-based mail client for Domino. This four-hour course consists of over ninety learning modules, each providing rich-text content with interactive simulations of iNotes.
Using the LearningDocs training system, administrators can set up the course as a comprehensive CBT solution and track the progress of each user. Built-in skills assessments test each user on their knowledge of iNotes, and the Discussion feature allows users to communicate with peers and Help Desk staff to provide multiple layers of training support. In addition, LearningDocs for iNotes can be installed directly on the same Domino R5 server that supports the iNotes application to provide an integrated just-in-time training solution accessible directly from the iNotes client.
Based on ReCor's latest version of LearningDocs (version 5), the iNotes course provides complete instruction on using iNotes, as well as full performance tracking for each student taking the course. As with all LearningDocs solutions, the administrator can customize the rich-text content and skills assessments by adding or modifying each learning module to reflect how his or her organization uses iNotes.
