ReCor Announces New Training for Lotus Sametime and Lotus Quickr
EVANSTON, IL. (January 13, 2009) – ReCor Corporation, a leading developer of computer-based and web-based training solutions for IBM Lotus software, today announces LearningDocs for Lotus Sametime Connect 8.02 and LearningDocs for Lotus Quickr 8.1.
Based on the Domino-based LearningDocs 8.23 technology, both training courses are delivered as a single Domino database that users can access from their Lotus Notes environment, from the Lotus Notes 8 sidebar, or from a Web browser.
The sidebar feature allows users to access the training content directly from the Lotus Notes 8 sidebar as a widget, giving users access to additional features like customized FAQ. The customizable FAQ feature provides a convenient location where training administrators can address the most commonly asked questions within their organization.
Sametime and Quickr administrators can track and manage users by using the enterprise tracking and monitoring capabilities of the LearningDocs Administrator. A new feature of LearningDocs 8.23 allows Quickr administrators to add access to LearningDocs for Lotus Quickr 8.1 directly from within Quickr giving users direct access to the training content.
