Licensing

The LearningDocs software license is based on the number of people to be trained. For example, a LearningDocs license for one course for 200 people would allow each of those 200 users to access the course as many times as desired. Users may continue to access the LearningDocs training for their on-going support needs. The LearningDocs licenses are permanent licenses and do not expire.

The LearningDocs license also allows you to create custom curriculums, customize the course content, and add your own content to the course.

The overall price of the training depends on the total number of people you want to train and on the size of the course. The price-per-user decreases as the total number of users increases. For pricing information, please contact ReCor directly.

When you purchase a LearningDocs license, you have the option to purchase a one-year maintenance agreement, which you may renew annually. The maintenance agreement provides you with access to newer versions of your LearningDocs course. These newer versions may include: (i) versions that were created to correct either content or functionality; (ii) versions that include improvements to the LearningDocs presentation and tracking software; (iii) versions that were created to explain the use of newer versions of the target software (that is, the software that is the subject of the training). For example, if you purchase LearningDocs training for Lotus Notes 8.5 and the corresponding maintenance agreement, then you are entitled to receive the LearningDocs course Lotus Notes 9, provided that the course is available from ReCor before the expiration of the maintenance agreement.
