Deploying And Managing Your Training Solution
LearningDocs takes advantage of your existing Lotus Notes/Domino infrastructure to deliver training throughout your organization. Each LearningDocs course and all of its features are contained within a Lotus Notes nsf file. You install this file on your Domino server, and your users access the training from the server using their Lotus Notes clients or web browsers. By utilizing the replication features of Domino, a LearningDocs course can be deployed on multiple Domino servers to provide training to your entire enterprise.
All of the activities that users perform within LearningDocs are automatically tracked. Training administrators can control which users have access to the course and which curriculum a particular user can access. The LearningDocs administration interface provides all of the tools you need for user management, usage reporting, and curriculum management.
At ReCor, our goal is to provide a training solution that is not only thorough and comprehensive, but also extremely flexible. Therefore, it is possible to order LearningDocs training solutions in a SCORM-compliant format. The SCORM format allows you to deploy and track the course using any SCORM-compliant learning management system (LMS). In this case, user tracking and management functions are performed by your LMS. Of course, no LMS is required in order to deploy LearningDocs and take advantage of its own tracking and user management features.
