Quick Reference Cards

Quick reference cards are an inexpensive solution for just-in-time training. Each card provides concise instructions on how to perform essential skills, as well as screen shots to explain the relevant parts of the user interface.

The cards can be used on a stand-alone basis or as a supplement to instructor-led training. Each card serves as a handy reference tool that can be used long after the initial roll out.

Cards are available for the Lotus Notes Standard client, Lotus Notes Basic client, Lotus iNotes, Lotus Quickr, and Lotus Sametime Connect. For most of these software products, ReCor offers multiple cards. For example, we offer four cards for Lotus Notes 8.5 Standard:

  • Basics
  • Mail
  • Calendar
  • Instant Messaging

The cards are printed in color, two-sided, on 8.5 x 11 card stock, and laminated. Quantity discounts are available. Each card type must be ordered in multiples of ten. For price quotes and for customized cards, contact ReCor.
